| He is responsible for the overall management and development strategy of the company. He graduated in Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (Bachelor, Computer and Communication), Yokohama National University, Japan (Master, Computer), and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MBA). He worked for Posts and Telecommunication Institute, Heilongjiang of former Posts and Telecommunication Ministry of China, and NTT DoCoMo Co. Ltd., Japan. He is experienced in working and managing in communication field in and outside China |
